Linares Associates Law Firm PLLC performs most work on a flat fee basis. Prospective clients can receive a Quote by email, phone, or in-person consultation. When an agreement is reached, you will receive an invoice and a retainer agreement outlining the scope of the services to be performed. All costs and state filing fees will be calculated and itemized in an invoice to provide you with a detailed understanding of the costs before work begins.
Online payment can be made with credit card or debit card. Once we come to an agreement on the fees for your project we will email you an invoice that can be paid online, saved and printed. We also accept wire transfer, cash, and checks, at our NYC office.

Clients who want to consult a licensed New York attorney before signing a legally binding contract should consider using our Document Review service. Alternatively, if you are in possession of legal documents that you want someone else to sign we are happy to provide a professional evaluation. Document review pricing varies depending on the length and complexity of the documents being reviewed. We also draft custom Contracts for any occasion. Clients may receive an estimate in advance of any document review or contract drafting project.

Hourly fees for online legal services that do not require office visits or court appearances are invoiced on a monthly basis.
