Linares Associates PLLC provides most of its professional services outside of court on a flat-fee basis.

Clients interested in receiving legal assistance may request a quote by contacting the firm via email, calling the numbers listed on the website under “Contact Us,” or visiting the office in person by appointment.

Once an agreement has been reached, the client will receive a copy of the engagement letter containing a description of the agreed-upon services and the corresponding invoice. All costs and any expenses will be itemized in detail on the invoice. Any legal services or assistance will be provided only after the agreed-upon fee has been paid.

Payment of the agreed-upon fees may be made by bank transfer, check, or cash.

Clients who wish to obtain a lawyer’s opinion before signing any type of contract may avail themselves of our consultation services by submitting the document for review.
If the client is responsible for drafting a contract, they may request our preliminary professional assessment before submitting it to the other party for signature.

The cost of the consultation depends on the nature, volume, and complexity of the documents to be analyzed.

The firm is also able to assist clients in drafting any type of commercial or corporate contract. Clients may request a cost estimate for the review of legal documents as well as for the drafting of new contracts from scratch.

The hourly rate for cases where the consultation requires an in-office meeting or court appearance is $300. In the latter case, an advance retainer is required, from which the hours spent on the matter will be deducted. The corresponding invoices will be sent to the client on a monthly basis.
